 Premiere in 2010

A hug is  understood throughout different cultures as a sign of openness and sincere acceptance and is inherent from childhood: it helps to grow, sense oneself, get stronger, feel confident and get on with life.

The story is about an older brother who's searching for different ways to teach his younger sister to play with her small and moveless arms and most importantly, to teach her to hug. With the help of their parents sister's arms "grow up" and in the end of the performance she is able to do so many things: to clapt, to play, to draw and to hug.

The performance is intended for children up to 9 years. The inner logic and act of I will hug you is created according to Waldorf Steiner's division of child development. Dancers' created images, scenography transformations and costume colours correspond to child's abilities of drawing, world's image of various ages and therefore is easily understood by young viewers.
